Privacy Policy

About this policy

This policy explains how Bupe.Online, a program of Integrated Care for Greater Health, Inc. handles information through bupe.online, including website measurement and communications. Related recovery apps, fellowship sites, and nonprofit sites have their own notices describing their features. This website notice does not replace a medical privacy notice or authorize disclosure of health information. See our medical Notice of Privacy Practices for information about care records.

You can read this website and contact our team without accepting optional analytics. Visiting the site, providing a phone number, or accepting cookies is not a blanket authorization to use your health information for advertising.

Information you give us

When you contact us, we may receive your name, contact details, and the information you choose to share. We use it to respond, provide requested information, and connect you with appropriate services. Information submitted through an intake or referral process may also be subject to medical privacy protections, including protections that can apply before a first appointment.

General email, social media, and ordinary text messages are not a substitute for a secure clinical channel. Please do not include medical records, Social Security numbers, insurance documents, or detailed health histories in a general inquiry. Ask our team how to provide information needed for care.

Technical information and essential storage

Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, requested address, browser information, and request time, to deliver and protect the website. This operational processing is separate from optional advertising or analytics. Your browser stores your measurement choices so the site can remember them. Blocking or clearing storage may cause the site to ask again.

Optional website analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, the site loads Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and selected actions, such as clicking a telephone, email, referral, or enrollment link. Google may process browser and device information, an IP address, and analytics cookies. Our analytics code sends the page path, a page title, limited event labels, and recognized source and campaign labels. A page or event label may identify the service or type of inquiry you viewed; these measurements are not necessarily anonymous.

Our custom analytics code excludes URL query strings and referring URLs from the page information it sends. It does not send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or medical records as analytics event fields. After consent, it derives broad attribution labels from recognized campaign parameters or referring domains. Those labels may stay in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes of inactivity. This custom attribution storage does not retain raw advertising click IDs, such as gclid. Google’s separate advertising features, where allowed, may process ad-click information.

Use Website analytics settings to change your choice. Declining stops future analytics, clears the custom attribution storage and removes the analytics cookies targeted by our site. Withdrawal does not erase information already processed. Choices apply to this browser and site; repeat them on other devices or sites. A link click indicates interest, not a completed referral, enrollment, or admission.

Our analytics configuration disables Google signals and advertising personalization signals. Read Google’s privacy information for Google’s processing practices.

Optional website call measurement

If you separately allow call measurement, Google Ads may use advertising cookies, ad-click information, device and browser information, and a Google forwarding telephone number to connect an advertisement with a call. The forwarding number routes your call to our team. Google may process your caller phone number, call time, duration, and whether the call connected. Authorized staff and service providers can access measurement reports as part of operating the service.

This website’s measurement code does not capture call audio or send intake answers or medical records as conversion fields. It disables advertising personalization signals and enhanced conversions. A call may count as an advertising conversion based on its duration; this does not establish that the caller received care.

You can decline and still call our direct number. Use Call measurement settings to change your choice. Withdrawing restores the direct number and reloads the page to stop future website measurement; it does not delete past data. This website choice does not control reporting for calls placed directly from an advertisement or the practices of your telephone carrier.

Who receives information

Authorized personnel use information to respond to requests and operate our services. Hosting, communications, intake, and other service providers may process information needed for their work. Google receives the optional measurement information described above when that feature is allowed. These activities do not give advertising vendors general access to our medical records.

We do not sell patient lists or provide medical records to advertising platforms through these website measurement tools. Information may also be disclosed when permitted or required by applicable law, to protect rights or security, or at your direction. A website privacy policy does not override the additional restrictions that apply to protected health or substance use treatment records.

Text messages and email

If you opt in to the ICGH conversational text program, messages relate to your inquiry. Message frequency varies, typically one or two messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance, or contact our team. Merely visiting the site or providing a telephone number without an SMS opt-in does not enroll you in marketing texts. Consent to optional messages is not a condition of receiving care.

Mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data, and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers that help deliver the messages may process this information to support the messaging service. Our public website forms and cookie controls do not authorize unrelated marketing messages. Use an unsubscribe option where provided or contact us to stop optional email updates.

Forms and external services

Some links open intake or referral forms, maps, social networks, meeting platforms, or other services outside this website, including Google-hosted forms where linked. Those services receive information you send to them and may process technical connection information under their own terms. Review the destination and its notice before submitting information. A link to a form is not a statement that every Google product is suitable for medical information. Contact our team if you need another way to make an inquiry.

Retention and security

We keep information as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. Retention differs for inquiries, clinical records, technical logs, and vendor measurement data. Browser choices remain until changed or cleared; the short-lived attribution storage is described above. Ask us about a particular record or deletion request.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email system, or internet transmission is completely secure. Clearing browser data removes local information; it does not delete information already held by us or a service provider.

Your choices and requests

You may decline optional measurement, change website settings, unsubscribe from optional messages, or ask about access, correction, or deletion by contacting contact@icgh.com. Rights and exceptions depend on the information and applicable law, including required retention of medical records. We may need to verify your identity; do not send sensitive records with an initial request. Browser privacy signals do not necessarily replace the site’s separate measurement controls.

These public websites are intended for adults and caregivers seeking information. Children and teenagers should work with a parent, guardian, or appropriate care professional when sharing personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information that should be reviewed.
